Problems viewing videos?

There are numerous combinations that are involved with watching videos. This will help you get there. First, make sure all the software on your computer, including operating system and hardware, including drivers, are fully updated.

 

Using a Mac or Apple's Safari browser?

Download and install this plugin:

Flip4mac

 

Using a PC and Internet Explorer browser?

Turn off your pop-up blocker by doing the following:

• Open Internet Explorer and in the Tools menu and click Internet Options.
• Click the Privacy tab and uncheck Pop-Up Blocker.
  

Close and reopen Internet Explorer to
CarnavalEUA.com

Click the pop-up bar located at the top or bottom of your browser. The pop-up bar will indicate "Microsoft Windows Media Player is required to play this video" or "This website wants to install the following add: 'Windows Media' .. .. "

Click "Install this Add-On for all users of this computer ..."

Click the Install or Run button

Download and install this plugin:

Instructions for using Join.me

• Upon clicking on the Join.me image, click on the large orange button located on the side and named Share.

• The Join.me will download, install and run automatically. Note: If the application doesn't download within a few seconds, click on the link Download didn't start to restart the download

You'll see it on your desktop. If not visible, join.me is not running and your meeting can not start.
